In June 2006, Three Peaks Capital Management, LLC entered into a sub-advisory relationship with Aquila Investment Management LLC to manage the Aquila Three Peaks High Income Fund. Aquila Investment Management LLC is located in New York City, and is the manager and administrator for the Aquila Group of Funds with assets under management of approximately $5 billion. The Aquila Three Peaks High Income Fund is a mutual fund designed for investors who primarily seek high current income and who also seek capital appreciation, when consistent with the primary objective. Based on the investment strategy of the Fund, a high proportion of the portfolio, perhaps even 100%, will typically be invested in high yield income-producing securities.

Aquila Three Peaks Opportunity Growth Fund Overview
On October 8, 2010, shareholders of the Aquila Rocky Mountain Equity Fund voted to approve changes to the sub-adviser and investment strategy of the Fund. On October 15, 2010, the former Fund began operations under the name Aquila Three Peaks Opportunity Growth Fund, with Three Peaks Capital Management, LLC as sub-adviser, and an investment strategy that differs meaningfully from the strategy pursued by the previous Fund. The Aquila Three Peaks Opportunity Growth Fund will pursue the objective of capital appreciation by investing at least 70% of assets in equity securities, without regard to market capitalization (i.e. small, mid or large-cap) and without regard to factors which might describe the equity style as growth or value. Equity holdings of the Fund may include common stock, warrants, convertible bonds, preferred stock or a limited allocation to foreign equity. Up to 30% of assets may be invested in fixed income securities including lower-quality, high-yield corporate debt.
